01

Park and save

Put the playhead on the spot, type a name if you want one, and hit Save Point. Select a clip first and the point sticks to that shot.

02

Keep editing

Points are grouped by sequence and sorted by timecode. Give them colours, rename them, or move one to wherever you are now.

03

Click to teleport

One click opens the right sequence, makes it active, and lands the playhead on the frame you saved.

Stop scrubbing for the same spot

The good take is in the selects sequence, somewhere around twelve minutes in. You find it. Twenty minutes later you need it again. Instant Transmission remembers it for you.

Points that follow the shot

Select a clip when you save and the point sticks to it. Insert thirty seconds upstream, move the clip to another track, trim its head. The point still lands on the same frame.

Colour labels

Nine colours, shown as a bar down the side of each row. They mean whatever you want them to mean.

Across sequences

Click a point in another sequence and Premiere opens it, makes it active and moves the playhead. No timeline hunting.

Dragon Ball mode

An optional sound effect every time you teleport, with five volume steps. Off by default.

Perfect For

Selects and main edit

Your best takes live in one sequence and the cut in another. Jump between them without scrubbing.

Documentary interviews

One sequence per person, hours each. Park a named point on every line worth keeping.

Client notes

A named point on every fix, coloured by status. Work down the list instead of hunting for timecodes.

Monday morning

The three spots you left unfinished on Friday are still in the list, saved with the project.

Everything in the panel

It is named after Goku's Instant Transmission, because that is what it feels like. You think of the place, and you are there.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does Instant Transmission do?

It saves named points in your Premiere Pro project. Each point remembers a sequence and a playhead position. Click a point and Premiere opens that sequence, makes it active, and lands the playhead on the exact frame, even if you were working in a different sequence.

How many points can I save?

As many as you want. There is no limit.

What happens to a point when I change the edit?

Save a point with a clip selected and it sticks to that clip. Ripple the edit, drag the clip to another track or trim its head, and the point still lands on the same frame of the same shot. Save with nothing selected and you get a plain timecode point, which stays where it is when the timeline moves.

Where are my points stored?

In a small file next to your .prproj, so the points travel with the project. Send that file along with the project and the next editor gets your points too. The project needs to be saved once before the first point can be stored.

What is Dragon Ball mode?

An optional sound effect every time you teleport, with five volume steps. It is off by default. Teleporting works exactly the same without it.

What do I need to run it?

Adobe Premiere Pro 25.6 or newer. Instant Transmission is a UXP plugin: double-click the .ccx file to install it, then open it from Window > UXP Plugins > Instant Transmission.

Where can I buy Instant Transmission?

Instant Transmission costs $15 as a one-time purchase and includes future updates. You can buy it on this page.
